DIAGNE CREW

Much of the Diagne crew have taken an oath of nonviolence as Starfleet-authorized Red Vests. As a show of good faith in their rescue efforts, the starship itself is not armed with offensive weaponry.

There are more counselors stationed aboard the Diagne than average as their intake of displaced populations demands it.
